So made this at 1 am last night :sicko-blur: recipe very simple just need pasta, garlic, pepper flakes, parsley, olive oil, bit of pepper and mushrooms.
How do
I cooked the pasta with salt in water as you do and while that was going fried the mushrooms up in oil. After a bit added crushed garlic to the mushrooms and slowly introduced pepper flakes and parsley. Then I took some water from the pasta and put into oil until I made a good amount of sauce. I let reduce a bit drained pasta and added and mixed together.
Before anyone asks there are more mushrooms than just this they mixed in and ant bottom just put a few from the sides on top for photo :soviet-huff:
I used to make a variation of this recipe in my non vegan days, :im-vegan: btw, with tuna. Now I don't do that anymore because :im-vegan: and also the issue of mercury poisoning and microplastics in fish.
