Things I've learned so far:
-
the door handles are shitty and flimsy
-
the car sometimes doesn't go into park and will keep driving
-
they have a 'toy box' app including a whoopie cushion.
-
one of the settings for the whoopie cushion is, "I'm so Random!"
-
they are manufactured super quickly and sometimes are missing things as crucial as the charging kit
-
they come in at different charges
-
they come in on transport mode which limits the speed to 31 mph
-
they have an annoying ass UFO sound when you go in reverse, but are completely silent when they drive forward
-
they are just so plastic
To be fair, this runs against the motion that Musk didn't contribute anything to the car's design or UI.
Why not both?
It's quite possible he had some lolrandom suggestions to the workers that actually had to put those lolrandom suggestions into the bazingamobiles. I doubt he personally did anything but delegate and imply that the product better make a manchild like him giggle appropriately. He's too busy being lolrandom on Twitter and constantly searching for his name on Reddit.
I can agree with that take lol
