I didn't cook the veggies in oil and let the mushrooms sweat on the pan. Big difference and it is good. I put a little oil on and added the tofu and stirred it together. Easy and cheap breakfast. Would recommend.

      Thanks. I did salt, pepper, and that mushroom seasoning you can get at target. Did the trick
