I didn't cook the veggies in oil and let the mushrooms sweat on the pan. Big difference and it is good. I put a little oil on and added the tofu and stirred it together. Easy and cheap breakfast. Would recommend.

    What part is scrambled? It looks more like a stir-fry. Is it called scrambled because you're having it for breakfast?

    Good job on the cooking technique though.

      I usually scrabble the tofu into disorganized pieces, but I sliced it this time and liked the appearance and texture.

    Nice I've never sliced tofu like that. I usually just crumble it for scrambles or cube/rectangle it otherwise. I'll have to try it.
