minus-squareJamesConeZone [they/them]hexbear2·2 years agoIts the same with modern Hebrew. Ancient Hebrew has fun vowels invented by medieval rabbis, so ברך becomes בָרַךְ which is much easier to read (relatively) link

Edit: ah no, he actually said "looks" and not "sounds" my mistake. I like the arabic script much more than the latin one. Much easier to write fluently. And nicer to look at. link
