      I do all my cooking for lunch and supper on Sundays. Make big bulk meals and freeze most of it, and eat thoughout the week. After a few Sundays you can get a bit of variety going.

      Also I eat a literal slop cereal for breakfast.

      I find it helps a lot. But just ignore this if it's not relevant.
