      not the person you asked, but I drink at least 2 massive cups of milk a day, in addition to frequent cheese dishes, yogurt, sometimes kefir, cream based deserts, and various other forms of dairy. My bowel movements become less frequent when I stop having dairy, because my body has adjusted to it. It is a part of my life and diet, and it is great for me.

        Glad you found something that worked for you. I I ate that much dairy I'd require colonics.
