I think the "juche burgers" is a reference to an actual restaurant chain in North Korea. North Korea's airline also serves a famously bad "burger" made with chicken on its planes.
So FYI that restaurant is apparently the byproduct of some weird trade deal DPRK has with Singapore. It serves "American Cuisine" and is run by some sketchy Singaporean business dude. But the food they serve doesn't look terrible.
