About me: Not going to publicly dox myself so DM me for specifics on identifying information

Currently aiming to specialize in Java mobile or back-end dev but that could change I'm somewhat okay at HTML/CSS/JS and have been dabbling with java in android studio I have access to some subscription services that I could possible share

About you: You, like me, suck at coding but are still trying to learn it and think you'd benefit from having someone similarly unskilled to bounce ideas off of, tackle content together with, and motivate one another to keep actively trying.

I'm aware there are a ton of online 'learn2code' communities but I find I'm much better working with a small group of like-minded people than in an online orgy of impartial strangers.

I don't suck at coding, but I do suck at motivation and knowing what to code. But I could help you learn Spring Boot if you want (and refresh my knowledge of it). Also, it's worth looking at Kotlin instead of Java, it's the official language of Android and it pairs nicely with Spring Boot too. And it's just a much nicer language than Java.

kotlin might be a somewhat less terrible starting experience than java if you're doing android
