It's a little esoteric, a good system but I was lookin for this guy -> to rep the Sixth Army and "fash", "fascist", "nazi", "wehrmacht" and others did not work
EDIT: he has "ustase" as a keyword, Croatian fash! Might as fuckin well be a nazi, close enough. As a bonus, NATOpedia claims that ~6000 Croatian Home Guard members served in the 6th army when it was crushed by Soviet forces.

Idk, the flag on the hat could be the rising sun, but the helmet looks nazi as does the presumable eagle-on-a-swastika emblem on the jacket?
