Who the fuck are they for? You cannot get a second job as it requires a full flexibility. It doesn't provide enough income on its own to pay your bills. Who tf is supposed to get those?

I remember some mall job when I was 19-20 that wanted people on call several days a week that I was hired for and then told what the deal was after. I just never showed up.
Who are they for? The bottom line of the shareholders. The sole purpose is to fuck over workers for more profits.
