one of the reasons my pronouns here are "any" is because it's honestly just easier than correcting people for me. at this point, I just go with whatever. I get misgendered like 95% of the time on the phone. maybe more. and the irony is that I'm cis.
But yeah, if customer service didn't have to call me "sir/ma'am", we wouldn't run into this in the first place. when we're talking to each other, you shouldn't even need my pronouns! "you" is a gender neutral pronoun. and you have my name too!
