Love how this country's strategy to "reduce" emissions is to just make more stuff instead of make do with what already exists. They could at least do electric conversions on buses instead of just trashing them all, but then that wouldn't be a government handout to vehicle manufacturers that make these buses.
Not to mention, all of this "we're making everything electric!" thing is meaningless if most of the US is still burning fossil fuels to produce the electricity. But that doesn't matter for stuff like this since it's all just part of this aggressive green-washing campaign every US corporation and the US government are now doing.

There's a huge business in shipping used vehicles south of the border. They'll get reused. Just not in the states.
