Just let games be games, lol. It's absolutely not a medium that translates well to other forms.

    The game industry still rewards a degree of storytelling creativity. Same with literature. There's a plethora of fresh content in this sphere that's been functionally market tested by consumer adoption.

    Shows like Witcher, Sonic, and Castelvania proved a certain marketability for game-to-show conversions, we're seeing producers green light more content in this vein as an alternative to just pumping out sequels and reboots forever.
