guy was parked on the curb, someone walked up, emerged from the crowd on the street, pulled a pistol from his hoodie and immediately shot the guy in the head

cue americans with the "if the guy in the car had a gun, he would have been able to defend himself!"
car guy didn't even know he was in danger til the bullet hit him
