Bibarel is legitimately a solid in-game pokemon since it learns like 20 HMs and gets the type damage bonus on most of them. Water's also a great defensive type.
I have no idea if this holds up in the remakes or if they've kept replacing HMs with travel items.
Hopefully just big giant boar Ganon and not "Bipedal pig-man" Ganon
