This seriously looks bad. Don't get me wrong, I doubt any government on earth would build something better, but this has some major flaws. Connecting it to Beijing with a highway like it's 1980 is going to flood the city with more cars. Building higher than five stories gives you diminishing returns. Building on floodplains is the opposite of good planning. What sensible planner wants to build gas power plants in 2022? And self driving cars? That shit's getting old. Besides, if cities are walkable even seniors don't need cars.
This will be a better city to live in than most US cities. However, that's not a standard to stan for.
