SF isn’t what people think it is. It has the most billionaires per capita in the world. There are few school-age children here, because many move away before their kids reach that age. We don’t have many old people, because many find they can’t afford to retire here. SF is not a real place, it’s a playground for the wealthy.

yeah, but they get their money by stealing from the poors, so that's fine, they can do as much drugs as they want and society will accommodate them to the max.
And they say 25% of US congress members use cocaine daily. To be honest, that's probably true for every Western government.
