I saw a new endo, told him my meds and dose and how long I've been on it, and he was like "yeah that sounds about right" and I left the office with a new vial of e. I've never had it go so easily before. I was expecting paperwork and blood tests and inferior substitute meds (I hate spiro!), but the doc was super cool and just gave me exactly what I was coming for. I think I'll hold onto this one.

Also the nurse was cool. She is the only cishet in the clinic and also a mom of a trans chick, so when parents come with their kids she gets to be the one to say "Wow, your kid came out to you? You must be a really great mom."
