There's definitely a lot of stuff going on with correcting her skin. But look at the whites of her eyes. https://i.imgur.com/b9gqGB7.png
Easiest way to spot someone having all kinds of organ failures is the discolouration that occurs in the eye. They didn't correct that.
I mean the whites of my eyes are a bit blue naturally and I'm pretty sure I don't have organ failure, but yeah the Queen's are straight up red...
That, and Charles balloon hands, and half the royal family are having full on organ failure.
