I think they just shot a shitload of short takes, used the ones she was most coherent in, and filtered the heck out of her.
There's a reason she's hanging out with a CGI actor who can't spill the beans.
I think at that point you can find a lady who looks enough like the Queen to make the deepfake easier.
The film crew has to be sworn to secrecy either way, what's one extra actor?
