I keep seeing his shit pop up on my feed and it’s usually from related to huge YouTube channels like iDubbz or fucking Epic Meal Time lol (I mean they’re not relevant anymore). it seems like he’s into YouTube drama now which is just such a downfall. But he’s pretty savvy so I imagine he’s just using this dumb stuff as a vehicle to get back into the mainstream

The linking factor here is probably an event that happened recently called "Creator Clash". It was a boxing event organized by Idubbbz (and his wife) and featured 9 fights between pairs of youtube/twitch personalities. Sam Hyde challenged Hasan Piker to fight at the event. Idubbbz declared that Sam Hyde was not allowed at the event because he wanted the event to only have positive figures. Harley from Epic Meal Time was one of the fighters at the event. Sam Hyde trained Harley for the event.

Idubbbz is maybe reformed. He went on Hasan's podcast recently and said that he wrong in the past for saying the n-word. Idubbbz said that right wing libertarianism is a stupid ideology that made him believe that no word was off limits. He's not a free speech absolutist anymore so that's a change in thinking at least.

Harley and Sam Hyde must be friends. They made a video series training Harley for the Creator Clash Event. There's also a ton of other videos with them together.

Idubbbz and Sam Hyde are not friends. Idubbbz wanted to make a documentary about Sam Hyde. Sam Hyde agreed to allow Idubbbz to film but used the opportunity to make Idubbbz uncomfortable and waste his time. Sam Hyde released a 2 hour video of the event in January. Idubbbz later released the documentary he produced in February. Sam Hyde claims that Idubbbz was trying to prank him, so Sam pranked Idubbbz first. The documentary that Idubbbz released portrayed Sam Hyde in a mostly neutral way.

There is no mention of Sam Hyde by Hasan Piker, despite Sam Hyde's effort to challenge him to a fight. I think it is likely that Hasan blocks any mention of Sam Hyde on his stream. This is a good policy.

On July 19, Sam Hyde was interviewed on Destiny's stream. This week Sam Hyde was being promoted on twitter by the likes of Keemstar and Iceposeidon. Sam Hyde is currently training another youtuber, Brandon Buckingham, to box at another creator even later this year. It's very possible that he's using these different boxing events as a way to get back into the mainstream.

Sam Hyde has several youtube channels and is putting out a lot of videos with other creators. I don't want to give myself further brain worms by searching any deeper than this.

So fucking stupid lmao. I know destiny is a fascist but this is so funny. The most lame ass streamer ever. But I guess it was a smart move because he has a ton of viewers. Young, impressionable ones too.
