Hate to break it to you but those terraces are probably all at least £300,000, if not more depending on the location
300K is a steal, a spec built in a clear cut suburb in America averages $400k
Fine if you've got the money for it, I suppose. No-one on minimum wage would ever be able to get a mortgage on a place like that in the UK.
