Anyone who lifts knows how much it sucks to stay natty. Like for real I can bench press 100 kilos for 5 reps but it took me like 10 years of lifting weights on an off to get there. Feelsbadman when u compare urself to the tiktok sarm goblins and realize u could have a 405 bench by now if u just blasted off years ago. Oh well tho. I want to blast off so bad I just don’t have the money for it right now.

    :yea:

Getting stronger when natty is just painfully slow. Still decided not to juice (so far) because I don't think it's gonna make me a happier person in the long run. Definitely tempting though.

I've been doing "Add one rep each day" to each workout and it's been working well to increase my weight lifted. So first day, say I'm doing dumbbell curls, I do 3 sets of 8 @ 35 pounds. Next time I come back, I do 9 8 8, next it's 9 9 8, then 9 9 9 and so on, until I get to 12 12 12. Then I do a transition thing where I step up to the next weight with one set of 8. So I do 8 40 pounds, then 12 at 35 and another 12 at 35. Next time, it's 8 8 12. Then 8 8 8 at the next weight. I've moved up quite a bit of weight by doing this, I recommend it
