We be getting Horne-y up in here!🙌 We gotta make some memeable Horne videos. His work should really be spread around as much as Parenti. I feel like he may even be a bit better for radicalizing US libs because of his Marxist focus on US history and it all being such bullshit that pulling on a thread tends to always rip a bit more free.
IMO he's better than Parenti - thats not a knock on Parenti, but Horne has one of the clearest painted pictures of the past thousand years of history that I've ever heard. He is able to immediately draw the connections of any event or struggle to the long winding power struggle that led things there.
One could say I'm a Gerald Horne stan, but there's worse things out there, arent there? 😅
lol. There are much worse things. I mean, they're both awesome, but Blackshirts and Reds was such an easier read than Counterrevolution of 1776.😂😂 I need to read more of both, and listen to more Horne for sure. Rather than argue, what if we just imagine them as Barbies and romantically smash their faces together?
Oh I have no desire for argument, I want all our favorite socialists to be best friends - there's no need for competition in dialectical/historical material analysis 😉

I mean, not a real argument, I just wanted a reason for the barbie yaoi thing.😅
