I mean South African English is basically UK English with a few words from local languages like Afrikaans, Xhosa, Zulu, Sepedi, Ndebele, etc. And some culture stuff is Anglo based, due to English being the official language of the country.
But I see your point about racist people not considering SA Anglo after apartheid ended.
