I have been in dire need of a big-ass, durable and affordable-enough backpack to carry a lot of shit with me, but i've found that most brand-new hiking backpack-type bags cost a stupid amount of money and are likely made out of the same sort of quickly-disintegrating material that fast fashion clothes are all made of.

So I was thinking of getting a used milsurp pack or duffle along the lines of this here Belgian army M97 80+Ltrs rucksack in the image, but i don't know if there's better options out there.

In any case, i wanted to ask if any of you knew a specific used milsurp bag, backpack, rucksack or really, anything that has backpack straps and can carry a lot of weight on the more budget-ish spectrum and if so what would be the best place where i could buy one?

(shipping shouldnt really be a problem as long as its anywhere inside the US)

Depending on the size you need, take a look at something like a milsurp medic rucksack. I’ve been using the same one for 20+ years. They’re really strong, open up flat so you can really pack stuff in and they’re pretty cheap.
