I've got a job now, it's part-time and I'm assisted pretty well but I don't know how long I'll be able to handle it. It pays okay for how many hours I do (on average on like 12 hours a week) but I feel such pressure to do more, yet I'm also scared of studying again, and so on and so on.

Do people say this stuff to you (“we would like you to spend more time here praksis”) or is it interpretation which might be influenced by internal pressure?

i don’t know how much people around me work (in hours), although maybe I’m particularly ignorant

The second one, they're fine with any hours I work at all. Hell my parents even tell me that I should be happy that I'm doing work at all.

Maybe you gotta treat yourself better? Your coworkers are fine with it, they probably don’t care then, you shouldn’t care how much they work as well, be the best 12 hour worker you can and let future sort it out? Doubts will only self-sabotage your mood.

          A) your worry too much, get anxious and get fired/leave

          B) get fired/leave for unrelated stuff

          C) don’t get fired, continue to work your hours

Both b and c don’t involve being anxious, with either same result as (a) or even better result. Pascal’s wager of worrying if you will
