I can't believe I'm going to ask this really dumb question here, but, err, umm...

Kickstarter is a farce. Those that succeed are the ones who already have money. It is an incredible way to launder money though. I did a kickstarter and I got over 60 spam bot emails and a few donations from friends, nothing more.
Whole site feels off. I should have paid 100 people X portion of Y funds to basically give myself my existing budget and perhaps get a few strangers to donate along the way.
