it is possible to train dogs to stop eating poop but yeah dogs have gross mouths (although being bitten by a person is actually more likely to get you sick)

Maybe with a shock collar. Not sure how else you would override a dog's love of cat shit.
not that difficult you just need to reward them for leaving it alone and clean up after them. Training an animal is all repetition and reward
