As a bassplayer here: I bought one set of Dunlops and broke a string within a month or so. And I don't usually break strings so I just can't trust them. They did sound and feel good as long as they worked tho, I'll give them that.
Wow I've never broken a bass string before, I imagine it's like a bridge cable snapping lol. Yeah wild, those things should last forever! Never had an issue with their electric guitar strings at least
When it comes to electric strings I really like either Dunlops or DR Pure Blues, mad midrange

Yeah, I play several shows each month so I need strings I can trust. Do not want breakage on stage lol
And yeah I wanna try some DR's but they're so expensive
