There's carbon filters that are pretty good at removing it from water. Also osmotic filters if you like spending money. There's new filter tech coming down the line in the next few years that is effective at catching PFAs.

Eat low on the food chain, preferably food grown above the local waterline. PFAs bioaccumulate, so plants are a good choice.
