Especially with TikTok+ this year’s taxes 😵‍💫 the average person isn’t going to realize that the 2017 tax bill is biting people this year (me included), and it’s much easier to blame genocide Joe.

Kinda pissed lololol I make a squarely average amount of money and owe 2K. Love it here

Even if people do understand the tax bill the next logical question is "ok so we've known for 8 years taxes were about to fuck anybody making less than 250k a year while the rich people get to keep their tax cuts, what have you been doing in that nearly decade long stretch."

Yeah this is why electoralism in a one party system is pointless

Nuh uh! Unlike the EVIL CCP we have two parties in fierce competition... the blue party funded by Blackrock, and the red party funded by Blackrock

Jsyk if you owe money at tax time and you're a regular employee who gets a w2 you probably should try to get your withholding fixed. Odds are something is wrong with your w4 and what you told them to take out isn't accurate. If those forms are filled out properly you'll usually be close if not completely square when you file.

If Trump leaned into being the antiwar candidate it would be difficult to give a shit about whether he won or not.

Trump is also a fucking warmonger but genocide Joe is just so good at warmongering (and the American electorate is so fucking checked out of foreign policy) that rhetorically this could work

It would completely be in character for Trump to make some gestures about telling Netanyahu to tone it down or else. Empty, absolutely, but enough to cast Biden in a bad light and probably would cause some Dems to own goal with some schismogenesis and decry that Trump is out of order in insisting there be strings attached to the funding America is providing to him. Which would both further alienate Dems from their supposed base and make it look like they’re genuflecting to foreign leaders.
