I don't watch the show but I keep seeing pictures of it and nobody puts their arms in the sleeves. Coat's gonna fall off.

    I do this if it's too cold for no coat, but too warm for full coat. The shape of the shoulders bits kinda keep it on. Can't sprint or anything in it, but you can do basic stuff pretty well. I haven't seen the anime, so this may be wildly off-base.
