JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — For at least the third time in a dozen years, portable toilets are parked outside the ornate Mississippi Capitol because Jackson's water system is in crisis. The big “Gotta Go” trailer is just one example of the city's desperation.

America (or atleast parts of it) should be classified as third world

    Capitalist efficiency, etc - although I can barely work up the snark. It's so goddamned terrible.

    Someone on here was saying that these decent socialist-leaning leaders (in Jackson) finally were trying to better the city. Now I'm sure they'll get pinned for this, even though it was years of austerity that did this.
