I'll husk a thousand cobs before I peel and de-seed another hatch chile or Poblano.

I hate peeling potatos especially because my potato peeler is so sharp (I somehow shaved off a quarter of my thumbnail just getting it out of the packaging) but I don't like having all the skins in my mashed potatoes :(
