top image is inaccurate, the Arch user should be bullying the Manjaro user for having 2 week old packages and expired TLS certs
all I know is having my plex server on ubuntu turned out to be a mistake when they moved to snap
Every update seems to make the server undiscoverable (even locally) and I have to reinstall plex. It still has my watch history, but that might be because of my plex account? Have to recreate and rescan every library. Got some music metadata that's still fucked up because I'm too lazy to fix it if it's just going to break again.
people have been saying that the main Ubuntu branch has been screwing the pooch lately. I don't know shit about shit so maybe that's just hot air but that's what I've read.
Reject Ubuntu
Return to the primordial soup that birthed it: Debian forks with a focus on user-friendliness

Or don't, idc
I'd heard that too and thought it was people hating on Ubuntu as usual, but it's really been fucking me in this way.
It also fucked up the .NET SDKs I had installed and I never bothered to get them fixed. Just been running my scripts over a network on my main PC now.
I agree with the people saying. Snaps suck because the performance is still bad and they try to take over youret whole system. I like Flatpak, the performance seems be fine and it restricts itself to only desktop apps. The other Debian based distros are mostly recognizing that Flatpak is better and switch it, making Ubuntu more isolated.
I happily use Manjaro, am aware that it makes a lot of people very sweaty, and have no plans to change.
I have not, and KDE respectively! I still have to properly set up KDE to be all cool, but I'm happy with it so far.
