These cards are listed as "brand new." There is another one that is listed as new but has either been repaired or sent as an rma. It's really tempting because I've heard ebay almost always sides with buyer if it ends up dying on you but idk. On amazon there's a 6750 for the same price as the XFX 6700's too. I really can't decide if I should wait longer or just get one because $430 for a new 6700/6750 looks really good after these past few years.
