On 9/11, Shafiq bin Laden, brother of Osama Bin Laden, was at an investment conference in Washington, DC, along with George Bush Sr. and James Baker, the former secretary of state who masterminded the legal strategy that stole the election from Al Gore and secured Dubya's move to the White House.
