The "tbf" I have in this is that the decision by Russia to invade seems like it was about as irrational as I thought it was in the beginning (which is why I didn't think it was gonna happen).
I disagree it's irrational, I think the invasion is a pretty natural result of years of failed diplomacy with Ukraine and NATO. The security concerns are rational and the economic pressure Russia is putting on Europe might finally break themselves out of Western economic hegemony.
Yeah it's really stunning how much people can ignore obvious motives and pretend entire countries would act completely irrationally
