    This was only the emails of the "VIPs" of Parler, like celebrities and influencers, not every user. That's why the email list is only around 300. It's not all the users.

      This is the earliest tweet about the leak. I guess that the VIPs are similar to twitter's blue checkmark. It shows a screenshot of the email but the addresses are blurred out.

    I've seen two different copies of the list. It's possible they sent it in batches based on a limit of recipients somewhere.
