Why can't western press call an embassy an embassy? WTF is an 'iranian diplomatic building '
They blew up an embassy. Sovereign soil, and an act of war. Israel wants this war to widen.
Technically, it was a consulate attached and right next door to an embassy. But yeah.
I hope Israel does not use this as pretext for escalation. Wouldn't be surprising if the genocidal state pursues this.

I know not much about global politics. Could this be cheeky ww3? Or is this sort of thing pretty common?
What israel did, attacking the consulate of iran inside Síria is really really fucked up. Iran played it cool and did this attack today, wich you could consider a very light response because attacking an embassy is casus belli (reason for war). But the usa will turn this into ww3 sooner or later, theres no doubt about it
