I'm sure it means something, but I don't know what. Feels like any time a post from a video based subreddit shows up on /r/popular, it's usually of a woman getting hit.

    In my tabletop game group, when a female NPC got injured after she made a tactical mistake, a relatively new player said that once, expecting laughter or applause or something.

    I did not invite them back.
