The old Soviet hockey jerseys are a given, I suppose. Simple and elegant.
Even the later ones were pretty dang good
Personally, I'm a big fan of the old "rainbow" jerseys the Astros used to wear.
That Nuggets jersey was my favorite until the Wolves Prince jerseys came out. The NBA throwbacks hit different, it's not the same now that every team can create a unique jersey each year.

Oh yeah I forgot the first run of Nashville Predators pride jerseys from 2016 or so. Damned if I can find a decent picture of the originals though. Also kind of a shame that the first NHL team to have a pride jersey was literally called the predators.
the white run of skylines when they brought em back a few years ago was nice too. then they immediately lost the plot but oh well it's nike
