I'm playing DnD as a bard, and when I use bardic inspiration on people, I always sing the same theme song related to their character (the barbarian gets "Immigrant Song," etc.) One of my party members wasn't enjoying her character, so she arranged with our DM to kill the character and start over with someone new. I'm really struggling to come up with a theme song for her though, so suggestions would be appreciated!
She's playing a human twilight cleric. When she introduced her character to us, she really emphasized the idea of balance (such as twilight being between day and night) and fairness. I've only been able to think of one song involving twilight directly ("Twilight Time" by the Platters), but it's not really the right feel for getting jazzed up for battle. Well, I have thought about just singing it with a more aggressive feel; "IT'S TWILIGHT TIME!" I've tried to think of a song that has a focus on a sense of balance to the world, but I'm just coming up completely empty. Anyone have any suggestions?
That Sunrise, Sunset song from Fiddler on the Roof?
Hmm, that's a solid suggestion and does has the idea of balance in the life cycle. On the other hand, it makes me feel like crying every time I hear it!
