That guy always looks really uncomfortable talking about coffee for a guy with a channel about coffee.
He has stumbled into a career that is too lucrative to give up but where he is forced to constantly find new angles to talk about a bean, forever.
So, does it make it taste good or something?
I mean, it's getting cooked like when you roast it
And I do like eating those chocolate covered espresso beans
He said the final brewed coffee was surprisingly nice, so much so that it made up uncomfortable.
However, the :bean: made terrible espresso.
When you roast beans for espresso, you typically want to raise the temperature of the roast very slowly over a long period. Deep frying is kinda the opposite, so I'd expect it to make mid coffee and bad espresso.
