Sometimes when my kids are with their mom, and ive had a long work day and dont feel like cooking much, i have what i call ‘garlic bread dinner’. The grocery store up the road a ways sells loaves of french bread for a buck. I pick one of those up, load it up with butter and garlic paste and thats my dinner. Its neither healthy, nor really filling but its sure is good.

I guess thats one of the cool things about being grownup, too. If i want bread dinner, i can have bread dinner and stfu about it already.
