    Oof. The coup in Chile is a good example of how the CIA meddles while trying to maintain plausible deniability. Favorite assassination attempt...it was pretty goofy when the CIA tried to make Castro's beard fall out so everyone would think he looked like a soft little baby

      thanks for replying, i also think the chile coup is really interesting and necessary to study, and as for assassinations, i don’t see how the one you described is even meant to kill him :agony-soviet:
