No real opinions on Hoxha, but the memes are fun. I'm not familiar enough with his specific criticisms to pass judgment. My Twitter pfp was taken on the island of St. Helena, the remote island where Napoleon was exiled. The tortoise's name is Jonathan, he's the world's oldest living land animal. Fun fact, he was there when Napoleon was, so I'm one degree of separation from Napoleon, which is crazy.
