I would have said Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality but it was such a long jerkoff fest for Big Yud that I didn't actually read the whole thing so I can't count it.
That fanfic is the entire basis of his "LessWrong" cult. It's also why he's paid millions by billionaires for "AI research" while having absolutely no education whatsoever in any AI related field. He can't even code.
